The Koromo Festival is held every year on the third Sunday and preceding Saturday of October. On the day of the Rehearsal Festival, or Shingaku Festival, huge parade floats make their way through various towns' streets with ceremonies performed at Koromo Jinja Shrine at night. During the Main Festival, or Hongaku Festival, the floats make their way to Koromo Jinja Festival and parade around downtown Toyota with fireworks shot up from the banks of the Yahagi River at night.
