138 Tower Park is an expansive park in the city of Ichinomiya and lit up with innumerable lights about one month before Christmas in its famous winter illumination event. Each area is holding the event with the slogan of Smiles Bringing Us Together in the aim of offering visitors happiness and a spirit of exchange with one another through those smiles.
