A festival centered around the Arimatsu craftsmen who have always followed the tradition to protect the tradition of the Arimatsu-Narumi Tie-Dyeing technique.
Thirty young successors will showcase the 400-years old inherited techniques including over 100 different procedures, along the section of the Old Tokaido Route that runs within the district.
